REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We’re committed to delivering our best – but if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it:

1. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

We’ll assess and offer either a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of taste or texture

  • Incorrect storage by customer

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

3. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we would have begun prep or packing and cannot refund.

4. HOW REFUNDS WORK

Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

We use our own delivery rider or Lalamove, not standard courier services. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery. Once the item is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage due to unattended or mishandled orders.
