3. DELIVERY

  • Deliveries are handled via Lalamove or our own in-house delivery team, depending on location and order volume.

  • Delivery times may vary based on demand, weather, and traffic conditions.

  • Once the item is handed over for delivery, YUMHAUS VENTURE ENTERPRISE is not liable for any delays or damages during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details. Re-delivery due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

4. STORAGE & CONSUMPTION

  • Our kaya is made fresh, with no added preservatives.

  • Keep chilled at all times. Store the jar in the refrigerator immediately after purchase or delivery.

  • Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight or heat.

  • You may freeze the kaya to extend shelf life. Once thawed, consume within 7–10 days and do not refreeze.

  • For best quality, always use a clean, dry spoon to scoop the kaya.
